ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source the profiles as per the given job description by the clients.
• Initial interview and screening of the candidate.
• Salary negotiations..
• Sourcing & Recruiting Candidates using Databases & Social Media.
• Screening Candidate Resumes & Job Applications.
• Coordinate on Ongoing Positions & Interviews with the Hiring Managers.
• Preparing Recruitment Material & Posting Jobs to Appropriate Portals.
• Provide Analytical & Well Documented Recruiting Reports.
• Craft Recruiting Emails to Attract Passive Candidates.
• Screening resumes.
• Follow up on the interview process status.
• Should be a self-starter and target-oriented.
