L1 Application Support

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the first level responder to resolve day-to-day application support issues for the investment platform

• Act as a liaison between end-users and L2/L3 application specialists, ensuring smooth and effective communication through issue resolution Participate in application technical and knowledgebase documentation activities

• Provide a regular written summary of issues, including recommendations on improving the support process

• Provide written recommendations on improving the system and as capacity permits, write code to address simple to moderate complexity production bugs and enhancement requests

   

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years’ experience in IT support experience
Strong knowledge of application technology
Good SQL and instrumentation analysis skills
