Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primary Responsibilities:

    • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned key accounts.
    • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the clients.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
    • Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and on-site visits.
    • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
    • Monitor account performance and ensure revenue growth targets are met.
    • Handle contract renewals, negotiations, and pricing discussions.
    • Resolve client concerns promptly to maintain long-term partnerships.
    • Maintain accurate account records and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
    • Prepare periodic reports on account performance and forecasts.

    Must Have Skills:   Upselling tactics, Negotiation, Analytical skills
