ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned key accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
- Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and on-site visits.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Monitor account performance and ensure revenue growth targets are met.
- Handle contract renewals, negotiations, and pricing discussions.
- Resolve client concerns promptly to maintain long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate account records and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Prepare periodic reports on account performance and forecasts.
