Challenges Faced by the Client

Employers in certain regions are required to validate their employees’ health insurance status in compliance with local labor and residency regulations. Maintaining active coverage is mandatory for work permit renewals and continued employment. This requires prompt updates, precise cross-checks between HR records and insurance databases, and quick resolution of mismatches. When managed manually, this process is slow and error-prone, exactly the challenge our client faced:

  • Managing thousands of employee records in Excel caused frequent slowdowns and system crashes, delaying updates and increasing the risk of missing critical insurance renewals.
  • Inconsistent records, missing insurance details, and outdated information led to gaps in record maintenance. With rigorous human validation, errors went undetected, creating compliance risks and administrative inefficiencies.
  • CAPTCHA authentication and other portal-level security checks required manual intervention, making bulk verifications time-consuming. For instance, verifying 850 employee IDs manually could take up to 1,700 minutes (28 hours), putting pressure on operational capacity.
