RPA Lead / Manager 

Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in RPA development and implementation, preferably with 2+ years in Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of RPA concepts, tools, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, including building flows, connectors, and automations.
• Experience with process analysis, solution design, and process optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications in RPA and Microsoft Power Automate are a plus.
